Crafting

The players can attempt to craft most consumable magic items like Craftable Potions and Charged Item Crafting. Crafting +1 or better weapons and armor would only be possible if the character is an extremely skilled blacksmith. But, they are often available to those who have access to such skilled craftsmen. They are rare, but not exceedingly so.

Exotic Material Weapons

The only magical effects commonly available are +1 and +2 weapons. These are often masterfully crafted and/or made out of exotic materials like Mythril or Dark Steel. See prices: * Add 1000 GP to the price for a +1 weapon * Add 4000 GP to the price for a +2 weapon

Exotic Material Armor

There are only two exotic metals commonly known to armor smiths in Chardenfell. The lightweight and coveted Mythril, and the hardened and imposing Dark Steel. Dark steel is the rarest material in the world, said to be blended from ancient gods blood into the ore veins from the dawn of time.
